Restored and converted from a classic North Slope Brownstone, 84 Sterling Place is a four-story, four-unit Neo-Greco style condominium dating to 1920. The design pairs historic architecture with modern craftsmanship, featuring hardwood floors, high ceilings, restored wood-burning fireplaces with original marble mantles, and an abundance of natural light.
